Job Responsibilities:
1. Assemble, test, and debug products according to production orders;
and complete production tasks on time.
2. Continuously optimize and improve the assembly process and
testing procedures.
3. Independently analyze and solve abnormal problems encountered during the production
process.
4. Manage and categorize daily equipment and materials.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, proficient in computer use, and experience in
the electronics or electrical industry is preferred.
2. Proficient in using various tools; soldering iron,
hot air gun, multimeter, etc.
3. Meticulous and hardworking; familiarity with electronic components and the
ability to understand basic circuit diagrams is preferred.
4. 8-hour workday, two days off per week;
overtime work may be required depending on production needs.
