Suzhou UKEE Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. recently announced that its customized automated production line for lithium battery module PACKs, developed for its first customer, has successfully completed factory acceptance testing and been shipped. The successful delivery of this production line is a significant milestone in UKEE Intelligent's development, marking its transformation from a core single-machine equipment supplier to an intelligent equipment manufacturer capable of providing complete solutions for the mid-to-late stages of the production process.

The module PACK line covers a full range of processes, including cell loading, BMS installation, busbar welding, gluing, fastening, EOL testing, and unloading, achieving a high degree of automation and informatization. The production line integrates UKEE Intelligent's independently developed MES system, which can monitor production data in real time, track product traceability, and seamlessly connect with the customer's upper-level management system. The project leader stated: "From single machines to complete production lines, what is tested is not only the hardware capabilities of the equipment, but also the comprehensive capabilities of system integration, software control, and project management.
